Multiple Process and Products

The Server supports multiple production processes and product types in addition to multiple product models and multiple stations.  You can integrate multiple production process and product types into a single report or correlate between processes for individual units.

Web-Based

The Server is accessed using the web-browser that is already installed on your desktop computer.  This eliminates the cost of installing and licensing client software.

Automatic Archiving

Data is automatically archived to CD-RW as it is collected.  Data can be deleted from the database at any time to control database size.  Data can be restored to the database from CD-RW for reporting.

Scalable

The system is capable of growing to meet your needs. It uses the Microsoft recommended 3-tier architecture for maximum scalability.  Start with a single server.  Add servers to meet growing demand.

Fault Tolerant

Redundant servers with mirrored disk drives are supported to provide backup in the event of system failure.

Source Code Included

Source code is included to assure future maintainability and enables you to make your own enhancements.  Industry standard develop-ment products such as Microsoft Visual Studio are used.
